We are trying to bring our Cozy Cat Condo back to the playa for Burning Man 2026!

We care about ART! The Cozy Cat Camp consists of dedicated cats with a history of bringing big art to life at Burning Man. Based mostly in Reno, NV, we started as a group of friends with a passion for cats looking to bring a calm, inclusive, interactive experience to fellow Burners. The Cozy Cats are bringing a comfy, shaded setup to the playa, complete with games, music, and a 10-foot, climbable cat tower. This year, local artist Colin O’Bryan will be leading the revival of our camp’s Cozy Cat Condo.

This is the Cozy Cat Camp’s third year at Burning Man! And we have known both successes and hardships. After surviving the flood of Burning Man 2023, we made it back to Reno, only to be devastated by the cat-burglary of our first cat tower! Sad about this stolen art, but determined to return bigger and better, we collaborated with Burners in Las Vegas to revive and reimagine another cat tower for Burning Man 2024. Our Cozy Cat Condo is the pride of our camp. Featuring a scratching post and a view of Black Rock City, it provides the purrfect place to cat nap or watch the sunset.

Now, our beloved Cat Condo has faced harsh desert conditions in storage these past 2 years. We are moving forward with a skeleton crew to bring this cat-tastic spectacle back to the Burn. To do so, we need to raise some funds! We need money for Cat Condo repairs and transportation to Burning Man. Funds raised will go towards lumber, hardware, paint, lights, trailer, fuel, and cozy things. Your support will be much appreciated! MEOW!
